Returning Your Product
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you should return the eligible goods within 14 days.
Products should be returned with their accessories and components and, where reasonably possible, in their original condition.
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. We may reduce a refund where the value of an item has been reduced by unnecessary or excessive handling.
Return Costs
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required by law, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the item.

We will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Eligible refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Where required by UK consumer law, the standard delivery charge paid when placing the order will also be refunded.
Once returned goods have been received, or appropriate evidence of return has been provided, refunds will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe.
Exceptions
Certain goods may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including certain personalised or made-to-order products and certain sealed products after they have been opened.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
